I am Anna, the face behind Hopeful Beginnings. Hopeful Beginnings Doula Care is the culmination of a passion for antenatal education and postnatal care. I have a little boy, Alfie, who I had in 2023. After having him, I realised how little time our healthcare professionals are giving to postnatal care, and the lack of support available in the most transformative days of a family's life. That's what has inspired me to train and support others in this period of time!
