Service Description

Over one or two sessions, I will work with you on creating your birth plan and your postnatal plan. I will listen to your intentions, and answer any questions you might have about what's to come. Between us we will then create a birth and postnatal plan that allows you to feel informed, empowered and confident in the road map laid out ahead. This session combines both birth and postnatal preparation and can be done in person, location dependant, or online. If you are only interested in one or the other, please reach out and we can work on that one together.
